The story
I am from Cottonwood, a small town in Northern California. I dropped out of college. I was shy, broke, and afraid to talk on the phone.
Sales fixed that. I learned to talk to strangers, ask for the order, and take the no. My best month in sales cleared $40,000.
Marketing came next. I used the internet and social media to sell, then to teach other people how to sell. That is how this site started.
Today I live in Houston, Texas, and I own three companies. Trimble Digital is the holding company. Pawn Leads is the marketing agency for pawn shops. Shmo Software makes simple software to solve everyday problems.
People call me the Turn Around CEO because I take businesses that are stuck and get them moving again. New customers in the door, and current customers coming back.
Family comes first. My wife Barbara and my family are the most important people in my world. Taking care of them is always the first job. Everything else comes after.
